Property Management Associates can be reached Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. For after-hours emergencies, dial 757-646-6247 and follow the emergency response options for paging the on-call, 24-hour Emergency Manager.

The management company is employed by the Association and works under the direction of the Board of Directors to assist in the day-to-day operations of the community. Their responsibilities include:

• Collect assessments on behalf of the Association, including water bills for the sub-meters.
• Notify owners who violate the Rules & Regulations
• Pay Association bills
• Keep Association records
• Act as a neutral third party in disputes between the owner(s) and the association
• Prepare packets of information for each Board of Directors meeting
• Prepare and send out annual or special meeting notices and attend each meeting.
• Request bids from vendors
• Supervise the work of the vendors
• Inspect the community on a weekly basis.
• Provide discloser packages to owners.
